Happy painting in my garden studio by the sea 

Using photography and painting as a basis of my work, I investigate the poetics of
the body being and its shadow .

I studied fine art at  Goldsmiths College of Art and UCA Canterbury 

My work consists of paintings, drawings, video and and photography installations.

For me, Art is a means of research and healing.

I have a  deep love for the works of Goya and symbolism and expression of Odilon Redon and modern artists like  Tracy Emin and Cy Twombly.

Free form Jazz and being alive which includes my experience of being a woman, wife, mother and daughter. All these things have made me who I am and influences my art practice.
